Job Description
Responsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability. Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios.Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer interface for the Company. The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential. Key aspects are product delivery, risk management and profitability.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of support
• Key Customer interface for business, handling inbound customer queries
• Manages customer relations in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of policy experience
• Identifies and follows up business opportunities
• Supports Account Managers and Business Development Managers in maintaining and developing customer relation
• Contact colleagues abroad in order to get updates on collection cases to be transmitted to customers
• Supporting customers in providing information and documentation necessary for the collection activity abroad
• Customer due diligence activity

What qualification should you have?
High school degree or Bachelor degree in languages

Fluent English
