Azienda specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di soluzioni per il benessere e la salute, cerca un HR Specialist da inserire nel proprio ufficio Risorse Umane. La figura si occuperà della gestione dei processi di selezione e di supporto alle attività HR, collaborando strettamente con i responsabili di area per garantire un'efficace pianificazione e implementazione delle risorse umane.
Mansioni principali:
- Gestione dell'intero iter di selezione del personale, dalla pubblicazione degli annunci alla gestione dei colloqui finali, assicurando il corretto allineamento con le esigenze aziendali
- Analisi dei fabbisogni di personale, pianificazione delle attività di ricerca e scouting per i profili richiesti
- Redazione di reportistica HR, aggiornamento delle anagrafiche e gestione delle informazioni relative ai dipendenti
- Collaborazione con enti formativi e piattaforme di recruiting per attrarre talenti in linea con la cultura aziendale
- Supporto nei processi di onboarding, gestione documentale e accompagnamento dei nuovi assunti nelle fasi di integrazione aziendale.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, con attitudine a lavorare in team
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e software HR per la gestione delle risorse umane
- Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito HR, preferibilmente nell'ambito del benessere o settori affini
- Diploma o laurea in Psicologia, Sociologia o discipline umanistiche, preferibilmente con specializzazione nelle risorse umane
- Orientamento all'ascolto e alla comprensione delle necessità dei dipendenti.
Offerta e benefit:
- Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di rinnovo
- Orario full-time: dal lunedì al venerdì, 09:00–13:00 / 14:00–18:00
- Formazione interna retribuita e aggiornamenti professionali.
