PMO/Facility Expert

With the aim of strengthening the Corporate Engineering Team, we are recruiting a

PMO Expert

Working with other departments and external partners, you will oversee the development and implementation of investment projects in the non-industrial sector: offices, common areas, outdoor areas, with a focus on air conditioning systems and related mechanical and technical aspects.

Main responsibilities:

• Playing an active role in the development of projects for new installations and the improvement of existing plant systems, both at a preliminary and detailed level, also in cooperation with external engineering firms.
• Layout planning of spaces and technological systems, in collaboration with internal or external designers.
• Contributing to supplier identification, requests for quotations, technical bid evaluation, drafting economic expenditure estimates, and preparing investment authorization requests.
• Supporting the management and coordination of investment projects, including overseeing installation works, monitoring contractor activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Communicating technological knowledge to maintenance staff regarding the implemented plant modifications and supporting the testing and commissioning of new systems in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Participating in the collection and verification of as-built documentation and applicable compliance declarations related to plant modifications, delivering documentation to the Technical Office and relevant departments for archiving and follow-up management, including the completion of handover forms.

Requirements:

• High school diploma in technical institute in Thermotechnics/ Energy/ Electrotechnics/Mechatronics, or equivalent field of study, or diploma as "Geometra".
• At least of 3 years' experience in managing the revamping and layout renovation of offices, including air conditioning systems and electrical systems. Background from either consulting environments or corporate technical offices will be evaluated.
• Good knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings and at least a basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to coordinate the work of various external companies involved in construction site work.
• Basic knowledge of of HSE topics, including ergonomics, climate control comfort, lighting design, and applicable fire safety standards.
• Good knowledge of English language (level B1).
• Result orientation, planning and organising skills, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and accountability.
