If you are passioned about safety and environment then this role is just for youKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Include in multiple bullets specific, action-oriented statements to highlight the core outcomes or deliverables the successful candidate is expected to accomplish & the value and impact the role has on the organization, not more than 15 bullet points> Identify the risk factors present in the company in order to carry out appropriate assessments to determine corrective measures for the safety and healthiness of the working environments;• Analize and identify technical countermeasures that reduce the risk of accidents while operators carry out activities on machines and systems;• Plan and coordinate the execution of countermeasures identified to reduce the risk of accidents;• Management of the execution of Safety Studies such as risk assessments in critical areas;• Verify that the design of existing systems is in compliance with Unilever standards and current local legislation and collaborating with internal figures (Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Manager) and external stakeholders, contribute to the correct carrying out of activities in compliance with the assigned deadlines;• Work closely with the Operations and Engineering manager, support and propose activities related to the process continuous improvement on the production lines;• Track metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades;• Work closely with area leader and technicians;• Work with internal and external stakeholder for site project tracking and results sharingWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: not more than 10 bullet points>SKILLS: EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Insert experience required (be clear of what the "minimum (without them the candidate cannot succeed, also include language requirements in case applicable) vs. "preferred" (can make the candidate more competitive) experiences are)> LEADERSHIP: What are the critical leadership qualities most important for a role at this WL?>• Previous experience in a similar role• English proficiency and Italian mother tongue;• Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task with excellent prioritizing and time-management skills;• Proactive, self-motivated and able to act as a team player;• Fast learner, open minded and growth mindset;• Having a "Can Do" attitude and result oriented;• Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills and attention to details, data driven (uses data to support recommendation);WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:• A unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€8.3bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
