We are now looking for a Quality and Certification Engineer who will ensure regulatory compliance of products for global markets by managing certification processes and coordinating with external test laboratories. Additionally, this role supports the Quality Manager in implementing ISO 9001 processes, mapping internal workflows, drafting procedures and operational instructions and promoting a culture of Quality throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is autonomous, has strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary and international environment.

What you'll work on
- Coordinate global product certification processes: CE-RED (EU), UKCA (UK), FCC (USA), ISED (Canada) and other international schemes
- Organize, plan and supervise test campaigns with external laboratories for RF, EMC, Safety and Chemical compliance (e.g. RoHS/REACH)
- Collaborate with the Product Team and R&D to integrate compliance requirements early in development and ensure timely supervision and validation of technical documentation for regulatory submissions and testing
- Interact proactively with certification bodies and laboratories while monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on product design, documentation and compliance strategy
- Support the Quality Manager in mapping internal processes and drafting procedures and work instructions in line with ISO 9001
- Contribute to internal audits and certification processes including documentation and continuous improvement actions
- Support R&D and Manufacturing in failure analysis and quality investigations using structured Quality methodologies (e.g. 8D)
- Promote Quality culture by building awareness and accountability across the organization
What you bring
- BS/MS in Electronics, Telecommunications or related engineering field
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with certification laboratories on regulatory compliance and product certification for low-voltage consumer or professional electronic devices
- Knowledge of international certification processes: CE-RED, UKCA, FCC, ISED
- Knowledge of RF technologies and relevant standards (e.g. Bluetooth, WiFi, UWB, LTE, LoRa, Thread and Matter)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Quality system documentation
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with international partners in a dynamic, multicultural and cross-functional environment
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence, adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with MIC/TELEC, WPC/BIS, SRRC, ANATEL, UL, ENEC is a plus
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Chinese language skills are a plus
