About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Designer
to lead the creation, development, and evolution of Institute Itech's entire visual identity.

This role will own:

• Brand identity
• Corporate visual systems
• Graphics kits, templates, and toolkits
• Web and platform design (UI/UX)
• Institutional documents and communication materials
• Logos, icons, symbols, and project-specific branding
• Design guidelines across all departments and innovation projects

The ideal candidate is
creative, methodical, autonomous, and capable of building a strong visual language
that can scale across the organization.

This role is structured to evolve into a
managerial and leadership position
.

Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Direction

• Develop the full brand identity of Institute Itech
• Create logos, color systems, symbol sets, typography, brand manuals
• Ensure visual coherence across all Institute Itech projects

Digital & Print Design

• Produce templates for pitch decks, reports, business plans, brochures, and institutional documents
• Design visual assets for communication campaigns and internal presentations
• Manage corporate design kits and asset libraries

UI/UX & Web Design

• Design interfaces for websites, dashboards, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation accuracy
• Define interaction flows and maintain a high-quality user experience

Creative Leadership

• Guide future designers and junior team members
• Standardize design processes and visual workflows
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, tech teams, and project leads

Requirements

• Minimum
  5+ years of professional experience
  in graphic design, visual identity, or UI/UX
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, system design, and digital interfaces
• Proficiency with:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Figma
• Prototyping and UI tools
• Ability to create structured and scalable visual systems
• Strong attention to detail and solid design methodology
• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing brands for startups or technology organizations
• Background in UI/UX for complex digital products
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
• Interest in institutional or research-oriented design
• Experience with illustration or motion design is a plus
