generation shift, after e very successful period as a distributor of Musical Instruments top brands, now wishes to restart an activity in the sector, where the first ancestor begun in 1767 in Milan to make handcrafted mandolins.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Engineer at Monzino S.r.l., located in Lainate (Milan.) The hired candidate will be responsible for participating from the beginning to the analysis and study for setting up a small artisanal workshop, collaborating in designing the organization structure with the owner and master luthier whom will provide all technical knowhow for establishing the needed investments and preparing the financial business plan. He/She will coordinate the implementation of a traditional type of business introducing highly innovative fresh ideas and strategies. The candidate selected will be expected to participate in meetings, provide detailed reports, and promote the adoption of best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications


• Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making and strong attitude for learning and reaching a challenging task


• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration in an educational and cultural market environment


• English fluent and other foreign languages and some experience made abroad


• Coordinate Marketing, sales and logistic activities online and by an international distribution network


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the owners and experts' luthiers in mandolin manufacturing


• Playing a musical instrument is a plus but not essential


• Bachelor's degree in engineering & Business Administration
