Cerchiamo Community Strategist (freelance) con esperienza in ambito medico

Parabolic è un'agenzia di marketing sanitario specializzata in strategie digitali per medici, cliniche e aziende del settore. All'interno del nostro team strutturato gestiamo contenuti scientifici, social media, SEO, campagne Google Ads e piani editoriali cross-canale.

Ora vogliamo fare un passo in più.

Stiamo cercando un professionista con esperienza nella creazione e gestione di community su WhatsApp o Telegram, in ambito medico o sanitario.

Obiettivo del progetto

Costruire un canale diretto, autorevole ma informale, rivolto a pazienti (o potenziali pazienti) interessati a:

  • chirurgia protesica di anca e ginocchio,
  • terapie conservative e rigenerative.

La community sarà uno spazio in cui condividere:

  • brevi video e pillole educative del chirurgo (non promozionali),
  • risposte a domande frequenti e dubbi comuni,
  • aggiornamenti e iniziative del centro medico,
  • inviti a dirette e contenuti a valore.

Stile richiesto: semplice, chiaro, non invasivo, capace di trasmettere autorevolezza e vicinanza.

Cerchiamo una figura che possa:

  • guidarci nella fase iniziale (strategia, strumenti, piattaforma, tono di voce),
  • definire flusso e format dei contenuti,
  • affiancarci nella messa online e nella moderazione iniziale,
  • valutare con noi evoluzioni future e possibilità di replicare il modello su altri clienti.

Tipo di collaborazione

  • Freelance (part-time o progetto singolo)
  • Possibilità di estendere la collaborazione su altri progetti Parabolic

Requisiti essenziali

  • Esperienza nella gestione di community digitali (WhatsApp/Telegram)
  • Conoscenza del linguaggio medico e sensibilità nel trattare temi clinici
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di scrittura semplice ma autorevole
  • Esperienza con funnel di nurturing, educazione paziente, o comunicazione B2C sanitaria è un plus
