IT End User Computing Specialist
che entrerà a far parte del team IT con responsabilità sulla gestione, il supporto e il miglioramento dell'esperienza digitale degli utenti aziendali.

Responsabilità
La Risorsa Sarà Coinvolta Nelle Seguenti Attività

  • Gestione e supporto dei dispositivi end‑user: desktop, laptop, mobile e periferiche.
  • Amministrazione di ambienti Windows e macOS.
  • Supporto e configurazione di strumenti di collaborazione (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook).
  • Gestione e amministrazione di piattaforme di endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, JAMF o equivalenti).
  • Implementazione e manutenzione dei controlli di sicurezza lato endpoint (antivirus, encryption, patching).
  • Gestione del device lifecycle: provisioning, refresh, decommissioning.
  • Creazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e delle procedure operative.
  • Collaborazione con i team Service Desk, Cyber Security e Infrastructure.
  • Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento della digital employee experience.
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni IT con gli utenti finali.

Profilo
Competenze richieste

  • Sistemi operativi: Windows 10/11, macOS.
  • Directory Services: Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Strumenti di Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF.
  • Suite di collaborazione: Microsoft 365.
  • Conoscenze di base networking (VPN, Wi‑Fi).
  • Sicurezza endpoint (EDR, MFA, Conditional Access).
  • Conoscenza di processi ITSM e metodologia ITIL.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese - disponiblità a trasferte per supporto sedi estere
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
