Become a key player in our R&D Team and contribute to improve our process. Become a key player in our R&D Team and contribute to improve the product performances through the process. You will have the opportunity to be inserted in a multifunctional team where Product/Process/Material experts are in close collaboration to get to the performance targets through the prototyping stages and consolidating them in the mass production. The challenges will come both from the industrial environment by the production and the customer by a constant contact with our business function at the HQ.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
· Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
· Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
· Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Master Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or similar technical topic
· Fluency in Italian and English
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, CAD software
· Basic skills in Python are appreciated
· An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques.
· A preference for data-driven decision making.
· An openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment
· Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
