Marketing Executive – Italy (New Launches & Existing Clubs)

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our Italian clubs—currently located in Malaspina, Modena, and a brand-new site opening in Arese. In this role, you will work closely with the Italy Marketing Manager, helping to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, drive engagement, and reinforce our premium brand experience.

You will take an active role in campaigns for new club openings while also supporting ongoing marketing needs for established locations. The position involves coordinating with local teams, external partners, and central marketing departments to ensure every project reflects the high standards of our brand.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience in operational marketing or communications
• Strong organisational abilities and an exceptional eye for detail
• A collaborative mindset combined with the confidence to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of the English language (essential for communication with UK-based teams)
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and the motivation to grow in an international setting
