La risorsa entrerà nel nostro team e sarà operativa su un progetto in ambito

.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo:
- Analizzare il progetto, il capitolato d'appalto e raccogliere informazioni per la definizione del programma lavori direttamente dai responsabili di cantiere e dai Project Manager coinvolti;
- Definire i programmi dei cantieri in collaborazione con il direttore di cantiere, nel rispetto delle prescrizioni di contratto;
- Redigere il programma contrattuale per la committenza in collaborazione con il Project Manager e il direttore di cantiere;
- Realizzare i programmi di dettaglio su aspetti specifici dell'opera, ove necessario;
- Curare la verifica e l'aggiornamento del programma in base all'avanzamento dei lavori attraverso il supporto di strumenti di project planning, fornendo allo stesso tempo alle figure di cantiere e di management informazioni sull'avanzamento dei lavori e sugli scostamenti rispetto ai tempi e risorse a disposizione;
Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successo:
- Laurea Ingegneria Civile - Edile;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni, maturata all'interno di imprese di costruzioni;
- Gradita esperienza pregressa in realtà di cantiere;
- Buone capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici;
- Buona conoscenza delle diverse opere infrastrutturali e delle metodologie delle costruzioni di edifici industriali e logistici;
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Project ed AutoCAD; gradita conoscenza del sistema Primavera P6;
- Buone capacità di organizzazione, programmazione, team working;
- Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte direttamente nel sito di costruzione, ove necessario;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Gradita capacità di confrontarsi con interlocutori multipli e dalle differenti esigenze.
