Production Control Supervisor

We're looking for a Production Control Supervisor with electrical and automation experience in Marine industry. As the Production Control Supervisor you will become a key partner in our success

The Production Control Supervisor will supervising and ensuring the quality of electrical equipment on site. Drive product quality improvements and provide training to partner and subcontractor personnel. Conduct quality audits and offer production support to partners and suppliers.

• Ensure that partners and suppliers adhere to MacGregor quality standards, with most time spent on-site.
• Record and follow up on quality deviations and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Supervise electric assembly and test workers at our partners & suppliers.
• Inspect electrical components and assemblies according to MGC holding points and checklists.
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) inspections with Class surveyors and/or customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to improve quality and production processes.
• Production support to our partners/suppliers regarding technical questions.

Reporting directly to Production Control Manager. The position will be based in MacGregor's office in Nanjing, China.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in in Electrical Design & Automation& Commission, As a person you are cooperative, customer oriented and have technical skills.

Ideally you have

• Bachelor degree in engineering preferable.
• Electrical Engineering Background. 3+ years in manufacturing/testing of electrical products.
• Ability to Read Electrical Drawings (schematics, wiring diagrams).
• Electrical/automation engineer with PLC Programming (Siemens S7-300/1200/1500, TIA Portal, SIMATIC Manager).
• Industrial Communication Protocols (Preferred: ProfiBus DP, ProfiNet, Industrial Ethernet).
• English language and communication skills.
