AQaaS Product Director

What does a successful Fiserv Iberia Product Director do? 

At Fiserv, the Iberia Product Director plays a crucial role in transforming how financial institutions and merchants operate across Italy. You will leverage your expertise in digital payment acceptance and orchestration to drive the execution of Fiserv's acquirer processing strategy and deliver on growth plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to create profitable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What you will do:

  • Shape and execute our Acquiring-as-a-Service product vision in central and southern Europe.

  • Understand the market needs in Italy and Central European regions, ensuring these are prioritized.

  • Manage products strategically and tactically through their lifecycle in collaboration with global product teams and clients.

  • Develop the regional product roadmap and align it with the global product roadmap.

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategies in coordination with our clients to drive new sales.

  • Drive the commercialization of all aspects of the Fiserv Acquiring-as-a-Service product with client banks.

What you will need to have:

  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent influencer and communicator.

  • Ability to collaborate well within a structure of shared ownership, both internally and externally.

  • Agile and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; a solution finder.

What would be great to have:

  • Italian speaker and very fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Self-starter with creative and innovative thinking.

  • Financially savvy and results-driven.

  • Extensive experience in consultancy, payments, or fintech industries.

  • Product management experience.

  • Experience managing sales and/or product teams.

  • Practical experience in acceptance, acquiring, and digital solution markets in Italy and Central Europe.
