We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and administer
management investment and bonus programs
at Product Life Group, focusing on the comprehensive management and execution of
equity-based compensation plans - management share investment packages, free share awards, and bonus plans
.
The successful candidate will serve as the
central point of contact
between leadership, HR, Finance, Legal, and the company's
external law firm
, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency. This role is also instrumental in helping Product Life Group
streamline and structure
its management participation, equity, and bonus administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
:1. Program Oversight & Administratio
- nDevelop and maintain a
comprehensive understanding of all component
s of the management package - .Administer all operational aspects of equity and bonus plans — including documentation, grants, vesting, and reporting
- .Maintain an
up-to-date individual shareholder tracke
r and communicate regularly with top management (CEO, Chief People Officer, and CFO) on shareholder evolution and key movements - .Coordinate with the
Legal Department and external lawyer
s on the onboarding and exit of shareholder employees, ensuring all transactions are compliant and properly documented - .Liaise with the
M&A tea
m to collect and track
retention and equity package
s established during acquisitions and ensure their integration into group processes

onCollaborate with internal Legal and external counsel to ensure all equity programs comply with relevant corporate, securities, and labor law

nceAssess and enhance existing processes to improve transparency, accuracy, and timeliness in all management package operatio
- ns.Develop standardized templates, procedures, and communications for use across the organizati
- on.Implement or optimize tracking and reporting tools to facilitate real-time visibility and internal contr
- ol.Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board as need
- ed.Manage and structure the group's bonus progr
ams, including defining plan parameters, eligibility, performance criteria, and payout rul - es.Monitor bonus plan administration throughout the year, ensure alignment with performance data, a
nd liaise with Payroll and Fina
nce teams to enable accurate and timely payou
