TECHNICAL INTERIOR DESIGNER AND PROJECT SUPERVISOR

competenze richieste:

esperienza specifica e tecnica di almeno 3/5 anni.

elevate conoscenze e competenze tecniche per la progettazione progetti interior

fino a dettagli costruttivi 1:1

esperienza e ottima organizzazione supervisione progetti dalla produzione al cantiere.

ottima conoscenza di software 2D e 3D e grafica.

mansioni:

realizzazione progetti interior portando avanti le fasi di sviluppo in modo autonomo, dal disegno esecutivo alla produzione e redazione rilievi cantiere ed elaborati costruttivi.

nello specifico

sviluppo del concept con massima padronanza dei principali software di disegno 2d e

monitoraggio progressione operativa del progetto dalla produzione all'installazione finale:

_rilievo stato di fatto fotografico/esecutivo

_elaborazione disegni esecutivi elettrici/impiantistici/catastali

_controllo avanzamento progetto in tutte le fasi di cantiere

_supervisione delle maestranze

_uso di strumentazione tecnica di cantiere (laser, squadre, etc)

_supervisione e controllo fasi di finiture/posa e installazione arredi

predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali ed ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

si richiede conoscenza, interesse e passione per il settore dell'arredamento e design alto di gamma

sede di lavoro milano, ed è richiesta la disponibilità a trasferte in italia e/o all'estero.
