Stiamo ricercando un Disegnatore Progettista Tecnico Meccanico per una storica azienda imprenditoriale che opera nel campo della lavorazione metallica con sede in provincia di Pordenone. Riportando al Responsabile Produzione Operations, il/la Disegnatore Progettista Tecnico Meccanico gestirà in prima persona lo sviluppo dei disegni 3D in sviluppi piani esecutivi per la lavorazione della lamiera preparandoli così per la produzione, creando programmi di taglio con tecniche di nesting.

Responsabilità:

  • Interpretare correttamente i disegni tecnici dei clienti e svilupparli da modello solido a figura piana per la produzione
  • Utilizzare software in particolare SolidWorks e SigmaNEST per la realizzazione/modifiche dei disegni tecnici e dei programmi di taglio
  • Creare i programmi di nesting per il taglio laser e la punzonatura dei lamierati
  • Elaborare distinte base e documentazione tecnica a supporto della produzione
  • Collaborare con l'ufficio commesse e il reparto produttivo per garantire la correttezza e l'efficienza delle lavorazioni
  • Interfacciarsi con il cliente per analizzare la fattibilità e le specifiche tecniche del progetto, partecipando ai brief iniziali
  • Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento o innovazione del ciclo produttivo, con attenzione all'ottimizzazione dei materiali e dei processi

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o Laurea, preferibilmente ma non necessariamente tecnici
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Progettista Disegnatore Meccanico, preferibilmente in contesti produttivi metalmeccanici
  • Esperienza consolidata nell'utilizzo di CAD 2D/3D (es. SolidWorks) per la progettazione meccanica di lamierati o prodotti analoghi
  • Conoscenza ed esperienza nell'uso di SigmaNEST o software analoghi per la creazione di programmi di taglio e nesting
  • Capacità di relazionarsi a livello tecnico con i clienti per analisi di fattibilità e valutazioni di progetto
  • Esperienza nella preparazione di commesse e tavole tecniche per la produzione
  • Esperienza nella creazione di distinte base e documentazione tecnica
  • Autonomia operativa e capacità di gestione del proprio lavoro in modo responsabile
  • Attitudine organizzativa e capacità di analisi delle priorità
  • Precisione, metodo e attenzione alla qualità
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a gestire attività trasversali
  • Spirito collaborativo e approccio cooperativo, non gerarchico
  • Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali a diversi livelli aziendali
  • Orientamento al miglioramento continuo e alla ricerca di soluzioni tecniche efficaci
