Specifically, when you join the Value Chain Transformation team in Bologna, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business;Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance;Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives;Target Operating Model Design.Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
