As Maitre, you will welcome our guest and, with your strong passion and exceptional knowledge of food & drink, you will delight and surprise them, creating a marvellous experience at our restaurant.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Develop and maintain regular clientele to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Anticipates the requests and needs of our guests with an intuitive service.
• Hold strong working knowledge of the local hospitality market.
• Create a warm atmosphere where guests comes to enjoy their time.
• Pay attention and respond appropriately to dissatisfied guests to ensure their satisfaction.
• To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).
