YOOX Are Now Seeking a Motivated Buying Analyst To Join The Team. Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the seasonal buying calendar and merchandise delivery forecasts to meet team budget targets
  • Track and report on buying campaign progress on a weekly basis
  • Manage order confirmations while supporting the team with performance analysis, reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate constant cross-functional collaboration with admin, legal, commercial and logistics teams
  • Manage product quality and stock discrepancies (faulty reports, returns to vendor, shortages)

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management, Economics, Fashion)
  • Passionate about fashion (a buying experience as Assistant Buyer or in Sales will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as being a self-motivated individual
  • Strong analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and Power Point
  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy will be considered a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
