We are looking for an experienced professional to provide specialised, temporary support in managing B2B events and sponsorship programs. The goal is to bring in external expertise to strengthen our brand experience initiatives and transfer best practices to our internal team.

Purpose of the Assignment

Deliver end-to-end planning and execution of business events and sponsorship activities, while sharing know-how and actionable insights to enhance our internal capabilities. The focus is on maximising brand visibility and creating high-impact networking opportunities.

Key Activities

• Plan and manage business events (conferences, workshops, trade shows): oversee logistics, suppliers, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate sponsors and partners: handle negotiations, confirm deliverables, and ensure agreed visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate sponsorship activities into campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor and report the performance ofevents and sponsorships, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage communications before and after events (invitations, promotional content, follow-up emails).

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Proven experience in event organisation and sponsorship management, ideally in B2B environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English; good command of Italian.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with digital tools and social media for event promotion.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible, independent, and collaborative.

Contract Terms

This is a 12-month freelance engagement, with an exclusivity commitment to ensure a strong and dedicated partnership with our company.
