As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing robust and scalable server-side applications that empower healthcare professionals globally. Your Contribution

  • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and/or NodeJS.
  • Database: Work with both relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and industry trends, proactively incorporating best practices into your work.

What You Bring Along

  • Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python and/or NodeJS.
  • Framework Skills: Experience with the Flask/ NestJS framework is a plus.
  • Containerization: Basic experience with Docker and containerization.
  • Database Skills: Proficiency in working with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English and Italian; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
