Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support planning and forecasting processes (volume, revenue, discounts, costs)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management and planning meetings
  • Conduct variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools and reports to track margins and ROI
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, including identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities
  • Continuously optimize controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers
  • Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in data analysis and enthusiasm for developing improvements
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Very good English, German and Italian language skills
