Accounting Officer
you will become part of the CloudFire team contributing to the growth and efficiency of our internal processes, you will combine the
typical Administrative and HR activities
in a young, dynamic and innovation-oriented environment.

What will your challenges be as
Accounting Officer
?

‍

• Supporting the team in administrative activities Everyday
• Take care of document management and digital archiving;
• Register the basic accounting as a first note, passive and active cycle;
• Collaborate with our Accountant for F24 and VAT settlement
• Report staff attendance, collect documents for reimbursement of expenses and interface with the Payroll Consultant;
• Supporting HR activities: on-boarding, employee registration update, personnel documentation
• Work with tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI to optimize processes

We expect you to already have

‍

• Technical-commercial diploma or degree in economic, legal or humanistic disciplines;
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit ;
• Interest and familiarity with digital tools and new technologies
