Job Description SummaryThe EPC Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships between GE Vernova and assigned EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) partners.

This role bridges strategic relationship management, commercial development, and issue resolution, ensuring long-term cooperation that benefits both GE Vernova and the EPC portfolio.

The position involves working across functions and product lines, leveraging GE's full technology offering to identify new opportunities, resolve outstanding issues, and improve competitiveness in the EPC segment.

El Gerente de Cuentas EPC es responsable de desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y de colaboración entre GE Vernova y los socios EPC asignados (Ingeniería, Adquisiciones y Construcción).

Strategic and Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across EPC organizations.

  • Serve as the primary interface between GE and EPC partners to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mutual growth.

  • Create opportunities for GE and EPCs to exchange best practices, capture lessons learned, and share performance feedback.

  • Coordinate leadership sessions between GE and EPC executives to strengthen alignment at all organizational levels and build lasting strategic partnerships.

  • Maintain a clear operating rhythm with Sales, Project Management, and Partnering teams to monitor progress, identify challenges, and uncover new opportunities.

  • Represent GE Vernova as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment of objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.

Commercial & Market Development

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of EPC portfolios, ongoing and future projects, competitor activities, and market trends.

  • Identify and drive opportunities for joint growth and cooperation between EPCs and GE Vernova's businesses.

  • Support commercial teams during the ITO (Inquiry to Order) phase by securing EPC channels for GE technologies and participating in commercial and pricing discussions as needed.

  • Provide timely competitive intelligence and insights from EPC partners to inform Product Management and Marketing strategies.

  • Maintain visibility over EPC financial health, compliance matters, and due diligence information.

Operational Execution & Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess EPC performance and maintain portfolio-level scorecards.

  • Support the OTR (Order to Remittance) execution phase by driving performance improvements and mediating issue resolution between GE and EPC accounts.

  • Track and help resolve outstanding commercial and operational issues, including claims, payment delays, and project disputes.

  • Support marketing and product teams in positioning GE's technology to enhance EPC competitiveness and delivery capability.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture and share lessons learned across projects to improve EPC relationships and business outcomes.

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance EPC engagement, drive customer satisfaction, and strengthen GE Vernova's market presence.

  • Support the development of EPC partner capabilities and address competency gaps when identified.

Principales responsabilidades:

Gestión estratégica y de relaciones

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones influyentes con los principales responsables y tomadores de decisiones dentro de las organizaciones EPC.

  • Servir como punto de contacto principal entre GE y los socios EPC para fomentar la colaboración, el intercambio de conocimientos y el crecimiento mutuo.

  • Crear oportunidades para que GE y los EPC compartan buenas prácticas, lecciones aprendidas y comentarios sobre el rendimiento.

Desarrollo comercial y de mercado

  • Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de las carteras EPC, los proyectos en curso y futuros, las actividades de la competencia y las tendencias del mercado.

  • Identificar y promover oportunidades de crecimiento y cooperación conjunta entre los EPC y las diferentes unidades de negocio de GE Vernova.

  • Apoyar a los equipos comerciales durante la fase ITO (Inquiry to Order), asegurando canales EPC para las tecnologías de GE y participando en negociaciones comerciales y de precios cuando sea necesario.

  • Proporcionar inteligencia competitiva y perspectivas obtenidas de los socios EPC para informar las estrategias de Producto y Marketing.

  • Mantener visibilidad sobre la salud financiera, el cumplimiento normativo y la información de debida diligencia de los EPC.

Ejecución operativa y resolución de incidencias

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para evaluar el rendimiento de los EPC y mantener cuadros de mando a nivel de cartera.

  • Apoyar la fase OTR (Order to Remittance) impulsando la mejora del desempeño y mediando en la resolución de incidencias entre GE y los EPC.

  • Supervisar y ayudar a resolver incidencias comerciales y operativas, incluyendo reclamaciones, retrasos en pagos y disputas de proyectos.

  • Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y producto para posicionar la tecnología de GE y reforzar la competitividad y capacidad de entrega de los EPC.

Mejora continua

  • Capturar y compartir lecciones aprendidas de los proyectos para mejorar las relaciones con los EPC y los resultados del negocio.

  • Contribuir a las iniciativas internas destinadas a fortalecer la relación con los EPC, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y consolidar la presencia de GE Vernova en el mercado.

  • Apoyar el desarrollo de las competencias de los socios EPC e identificar oportunidades de mejora.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

  • 5+ years' experience in EPC account management, business development, or strategic project roles in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, matrixed relationships and coordinate across multiple business lines.

  • Strong understanding of EPC business models, project lifecycles, and commercial frameworks (ITO/OTR).

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o campo relacionado.

  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas EPC, desarrollo de negocios o proyectos estratégicos en los sectores de energía, infraestructura o industria.
