The Opportunity: Influence, Innovate, and ImpactAs a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join a team of top-tier engineers, reporting directly to the Platform Head of Engineering. You'll be at the heart of our most complex and enticing projects, where you'll:
- Shape Our Platform's Core: Design cross-product data flows, improve component scalability, and implement key functionalities that define our technical roadmap.
- Embrace a DevOps Mindset: Drive our approach to deployment and delivery, ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and built to last.
- Lead with Simplicity: Champion elegant, lasting solutions over complex ones, with a keen intuition for what will truly scale.
- Be a Technology Polyglot: Dive into a diverse tech stack that includes Java, PHP, Python, and TypeScript, leveraging tools like AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka to build our platform's infrastructure.
- Innovate with AI: Work with cutting-edge GenAI tools like Copilot and Gemini to optimize your workflow and drive innovation.
Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Extensive Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development with a deep understanding of Java.
- Frontend Fluency: Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or
- Cloud & Containers: Proven experience deploying complex applications on cloud platforms using container orchestration like Kubernetes.
- Engineering Excellence: Solid fundamentals, a mindset for delivering secure, well-tested, and well-documented software, and a passion for crafting simple, scalable solutions.
- GenAI Curiosity: Experience with GenAI tools and a drive to use them to enhance your work.
