Per storico Gruppo leader nel settore del trasporto marittimo,
sono alla ricerca di un Senior Financial Planning (FP&A)
con sede a Milano centro (con trasferte nazionali e europee) e conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.

Descrizione

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CFO, avrà la responsabilità di garantire la corretta pianificazione finanziaria e la gestione dei flussi di cassa, supportando la Direzione nelle decisioni strategiche e nell'analisi degli investimenti. In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Pianificazione finanziaria a breve, medio e lungo termine
  • Supervisione dei pagamenti in base alle disponibilità e all'analisi dei flussi di cassa
  • Analisi e valutazione di nuovi investimenti, con predisposizione di presentazioni
  • Predisposizione di budget e consuntivi finanziari
  • Gestione dei rapporti con gli istituti bancari per finanziamenti a medio-lungo termine
  • Analisi dei rischi e implementazione di strumenti di copertura
  • Gestione dei finanziamenti intercompany tra le società del Gruppo
  • Supporto al CFO nelle attività di pianificazione strategica
  • A tendere, supporto alla Direzione nella gestione finanziaria e nella valutazione di nuove opportunità di investimento

Importanza delle trasferte
Nella fase iniziale, la figura dovrà effettuare trasferte importanti presso le sedi operative, soprattutto in due hub strategici in Europa, per interfacciarsi con le funzioni commerciali, acquisti e tecniche. Questo è fondamentale per comprendere la struttura dei contratti, i flussi finanziari e le esigenze operative, così da pianificare correttamente le risorse finanziarie e garantire la continuità delle attività del Gruppo.

Il ruolo non prevede attività di people management, ma richiede interazione costante con il tesoriere dell'azienda e con i diversi attori interni per ottimizzare l'efficienza finanziaria del Gruppo.

Profilo del Candidato

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per rapporti quotidiani con interlocutori internazionali
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e europeei, soprattutto nella fase iniziale
  • Completano il profilo spiccate capacità analitiche, organizzative e comunicative, gestione dello stress e propensione al lavoro in team
  • A tendere, capacità di gestire gli investimenti del Gruppo e valutare opportunità di investimento in strumenti finanziari, in collaborazione con il CFO

  • RAL fino a € variabile, commisurata all'esperienza
