Chanel ricerca una risorsa con il ruolo di Shoes Production Planning Intern da integrare nel Team Shoes Production, con l'obiettivo di contribuire a definire, analizzare e misurare i tempi ed i metodi di lavorazione dei prodotti, al fine di rispettare le tempistiche di consegna, in linea con gli standard qualitativi previsti dalla Maison. 

Mansioni:

  • Gestione file di avanzamento produzione: aggiornamento settimanale, creazione delle nuove stagioni, archiviazione delle stagioni chiuse, richiesta di aggiornamento piani ai fabbricanti, inserimento dei piani dei fabbricanti non ancora in next
  • Gestione etichette RFID: inserimento ordini a sistema
  • Packaging: informazione annuale delle allocazioni fornitore
  • Compilazione file valorizzazioni e liste ordini: costruzione di un file che racchiuda tutte le informazioni e verifica delle informazioni trasmesse dai fabbricanti
  • Origine preferenziale e loi-agec: verifica dell'inserimento informazioni in PLM e trasmissione dati
  • Aggiornamento file per KPI PF
  • Formalizzazione delle riunioni
  • Calendario chiusure fabbricanti / fornitori
  • Invio file priorità e preparazione lanci fornitori

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in ambito economico/statistico/gestionale;
  • Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese e/o della lingua francese;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, nello specifico di Excel;
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Doti di ascolto e comunicative;
