MBDA rappresenta il primo Gruppo a livello europeo con capacità di produzione e progettazione in grado di coprire l'intera gamma corrispondente alle attuali e future esigenze delle forze armate (terra, aria e mare).
La risorsa identificata sarà inserita nell'area Export di SBD Group nel Team Customer Support ed avrà l'incarico di sviluppare il business relativo alle attività di Customer Support & Services, in quanto Win Team Leader per i paesi/clienti assegnati, gestire le campagne di Customer Support.
Costituiscono attività caratterizzanti il ruolo:
- L'identificazione dei bisogni del Cliente e la generazione di opportunità coerenti con il piano strategico di Area predisposto dal Vice President e dal Head of Area corrispondente.
- La definizione e sviluppo di strategie, di breve e lungo periodo, di prodotto nei paesi assegnati.
- Una collaborazione stretta con il Cliente al fine di anticiparne i bisogni e di indirizzarlo verso i prodotti MBDA.
Un'interfaccia operativa con la Direzione CSS
Requisiti Professionali e Competenze:
- Diploma di Laurea in discipline tecnico/scientifiche o umanistiche.
- Esperienza aziendale minima 1-2 anni in ruoli tecnico/gestionali.
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Inglese fluente.
