. La figura entrerà a far parte

del team di M&A e supporterà il team in diverse attività operative.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea specialistica in Economia, Finanza o Ingegneria Gestionale in corso od ottenuta

  • Conoscenza fluente dell'Inglese

  • Lavoro di squadra, curiosità e forte interesse nel settore del M&A

  • Non è richiesta alcuna esperienza precedente nel settore

Attività:

  • Elaborazione e analisi dei database aziendali per ricerca di nuove opportunità di M&A

  • Redazione di profili aziendali ad uso interno in preparazione ai meeting con gli imprenditori

  • Supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione per esecuzione dei mandati di M&A (Teaser, Information Memorandum, ecc.)

  • Supporto nella gestione delle partecipate di SRI Group qualora necessario

  • Coinvolgimento in visite aziendali a supporto dei membri più senior del team
