TEAM LEWIS is a leading global marketing agency, delivering creative solutions and results-driven campaigns for top brands worldwide. Our Milan office is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling and community engagement? We're seeking a Social Media Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the social media world, especially in organic social management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with clients, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement editorial plans for various social platforms
  • Write engaging copy for social media posts tailored to different audiences
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple channels
  • Monitor and respond to comments, fostering a positive community (community management)
  • Draft regular performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and deliverables
  • Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client social media presence
  • (Bonus) Experience with paid social/ad campaigns is a plus

About You:

  • 3-4 years' experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, creative, and client-focused mindset
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
