What you'll be doing

  • Create value for Client Solutions - Group Trade & Correspondent Banking and UniCredit Factoring focusing on sustainable revenues generation and profitability optimization
  • Proactively originate new deals to corporate clients in your portfolio
  • Pursue a holistic advisory approach based on client's needs to become the client's undisputed WoCa Trusted Advisor
  • Strengthen our WoCa leadership position on innovative, digital and strategic solutions
  • Develop/execute strategic sales pitching plan to clients in your portfolio and to identified prospects to acquire new WoCa clients
  • Working in close coordination with coverage colleagues and foster cross selling business opportunities
  • Deliver, in compliance with the relevant credit risk strategies and risk appetite framework:

o revenues, loan volumes and turnover growth;

o WoCa share of wallet increase;

o profitability and risk/return KPIs improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

· Sound experience and background in the Italian Large and/or Corporate Banking market, acquisition and negotiating skills with focus on results

· Corporate, loan/financing business, transaction banking and factoring business background

  • Build effective cooperation and synergies with the Client Solution products lines, the key coverage managers and all the other Group Trade & Correspondent Banking business· Proven sales/origination capabilities & client centric approach

· Team Working Orientation

· University degree in business, economics and/or similar education/experience;

· Fluent in spoken and written English, ideally also another foreign language
