Indi è una startup italiana che sta costruendo un nuovo modo di vivere esperienze e creare connessioni reali tra persone.

Siamo un team piccolo ma determinato, che crede che la tecnologia possa servire le relazioni, non sostituirle.

Stiamo lavorando per raggiungere il Product Market Fit, abbiamo già traction e stiamo vendendo esperienze in piattaforma.

Chi cerchiamo

Cerchiamo una figura con mentalità da startup, non da azienda.

Qualcuno che non si spaventa di fronte all'incertezza, ma la trasforma in energia.

Una persona che vuole costruire, non solo "parlare di startup".

Se ti servono comfort, budget infiniti e ruoli ben definiti, non è il posto per te.

Se invece vuoi fare tanto, imparare ancora di più, e lasciare un segno concreto, allora potresti essere la persona giusta.

Non cerchiamo "manager", né startupper platonici che hanno lanciato aziende solo nella propria testa.

Cerchiamo una persona che mette le mani in pasta, che sa sporcarsi, e che vuole costruire qualcosa di grande partendo dal basso.

Il ruolo

Sarai il braccio operativo del CEO, lavorando ogni giorno a stretto contatto con lui.

Il tuo campo d'azione sarà ampio:

  • prodotto – monitorerai dati, performance, testerai funzionalità, e guiderai la roadmap insieme al CTO;
  • operations – coordinerai team e flussi, trasformando la strategia in azione quotidiana;
  • execution – parteciperai in prima persona al lavoro operativo, soprattutto nelle fasi chiave di sviluppo.

In sintesi: vedrai tutto, farai di tutto, e imparerai tutto.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

  • Hai già vissuto da vicino una fase pre-seed o seed in una startup vera, non solo su carta.
  • Hai un approccio da builder, non da spettatore.
  • Sai gestire persone, tempi e priorità in contesti fluidi e caotici.
  • Hai una forte sensibilità per il prodotto digitale: vuoi capire come funziona e migliorarlo ogni giorno.
  • Ti interessa far parte di un progetto di lungo periodo e costruire valore nel tempo, non solo incassare uno stipendio.
  • Sei disposto a fare fatica, lavorare tanto e scommettere su te stesso.

Cosa offriamo

  • RAL di circa € (sì, lo diciamo chiaro: non è un ruolo per chi cerca lo stipendio, ma la missione).
  • Piano di equity quadriennale (vesting su 4 anni, cliff di 12 mesi).
  • L'opportunità di diventare parte del nucleo fondante di Indi, con voce e impatto reale su prodotto e direzione strategica.
