We are looking for a highly motivated
Junior
Business Controller
for
KONE Supply Chain Europe
based in Pero Milan, Italy.

The candidate will join the Supply Chain Europe Finance Team. Junior Business Controller supports Business Controllers in analyzing and monitoring the business performance. He/She supports the business by proactively identifying solutions to improve business performance. Junior Business Controller supports the Business Controller in regularly reviewing and ensuring that activities are performed in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM) and provides necessary analysis to ensure financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and instructions. Junior Business Controller is also accountable for supporting in executing the planning process according to global guidelines with the business leaders

Your Responsibilities And Key Activities

• Business partnering with strong outside-in mindset understanding of the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships and metrics
• Being part of the business controlling team promote and ensure adequate finance understanding in the business organization
• Supporting the Business Controller in providing actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business that support the Management, including manufacturing cost, product cost and other Key Performance Indicators
• Perform Product and Manufacturing Costing analysis including material costing runs, activity costing analysis, production order costing review
• Ensure that key reporting principles and correct costing parameters as defined by KONE accounting and reporting guidelines and policies
• Support the planning and forecasting processes
• Participate and contribute to the Business Controlling Community to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the function
• Maintain strong connections with other stakeholders and other Finance colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends

Requirements for the role:

• At least 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment
• M. Sc in Finance, business administration or industrial engineering & management
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• SAP ERP (FICO) and BI knowledge
• Strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with the ability to build trust and collaboration among business leaders/stakeholders
• Good organizational and process planning skills
• Fluent in English and Italian

The position is located in Pero Milan, Italy.
