- Build deep product knowledge: quickly get up to speed on current products, engage with clients and users, and translate insights into a clear vision and roadmap.
- Planning, delivery, validation: you'll need to prioritise work to maximise business value, apply agile principles pragmatically and collaborate with the team to ensure effective and efficient delivery, while mitigating risks and reducing dependencies
- Stakeholders Management: you'll deal with a broad set of stakeholders, with whom you'll have to collaborate and nurture trusted relationships to facilitate your team efforts to meet product goals and vision
- Effective communicator: strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts in a way that the targeted audience can follow and understand

- Strategic mindset: ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with the long-term goals of the organisation
