As Intern - Production Planner you will support the coordination and expedition of parts according to Customer's needs.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Learn how to engage with internal customers and how to understand and define their requirements

  • Assist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floor

  • Support the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets

  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecasts

  • Help to communicate induction plans to the shop floor team

  • Assist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approaches

  • Provide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as needed

  • Support the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delays

  • Monitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basis

  • Work cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirements

  • Maintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Management or Industrial Engineering

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Able to work in team

  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Fluent Italian and English both oral and written

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
