Per la stagione 2026 stiamo selezionando professionisti dell'ospitalità di talento e motivati per ricoprire la posizione di Guest Experience Manager nel team di Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel.
Come Guest Experience Manager, supervisionerai le operazioni quotidiane del reparto Guest Relations, supportando le esigenze degli ospiti dalla prenotazione al termine del loro soggiorno e utilizzerai in ogni momento i più alti standard di servizio e di ospitalità.
Il/la candidato/a prescelto/a dovrà dimostrare un livello di ospitalità e professionalità eccellente verso il raggiungimento del più alto livello di standard, avrà una forte predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e sarà in grado di mantenere ottimi rapporti di lavoro in tutte le aree alberghiere, con clienti e fornitori esterni.
Job Description
•
Garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti, supportandoli dalla prenotazione al termine del soggiorno;
•
Gestire e aggiornare costantemente il Front of House Manager in merito alle prestazioni del team per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti e dei VIP superando costantemente tutte le aspettative;
•
Gestire eventuali problemi o reclami degli ospiti in modo comprensivo e ospitale e assicurarsi che siano risolti e seguiti nel modo più appropriato possibile aggiornando costantemente il Front of House Manager;
•
Lavorare a stretto contatto con altri capi reparto in modo solidale e flessibile, concentrandosi sul successo complessivo dell'hotel e sulla soddisfazione degli ospiti.
•
Personalizzare i servizi in base alle esigenze e ai desideri degli ospiti, adattando le varie proposte e accogliendo eccezioni nei limiti del possibile;
•
Collaborare attivamente con il Front of House Manager nell'effettuare i controlli a campione per valutare il corretto utilizzo degli standard LQA e Forbes;
•
Essere un punto di riferimento per i colleghi del team e mostrare un atteggiamento equo e coerente in ogni situazione;
•
Essere per il Team un modello da seguire nel rappresentare i valori di passione, collaborazione, innovazione e trasparenza;
•
Fornire agli ospiti un servizio ultra lusso esibendo un atteggiamento raffinato, intuitivo e coinvolgente;
•
Garantire la privacy e la sicurezza degli ospiti proteggendo le informazioni riservate;
•
Proattività e apertura alla cooperazione con altri reparti quando necessario;
•
Esibire un atteggiamento rispettoso, premuroso e cortese quando si tratta di ospiti, personale e colleghi.
Job Requirements
•
Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in una posizione simile in hotel di lusso;
•
Conoscenza avanzata della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
•
Alto livello di attenzione al dettaglio e doti comunicative.
