We are an
AI-based Fintech startup
that is building the best solution in Europe to help consumers obtain a loan from the market in the simplest, fastest, and most convenient way possible, based on each user's profile and preferences.

Our "Why"

We believe that the personal loans market is not only inefficient, but structurally dysfunctional on both sides: people lack clarity about their real possibilities in the market, while lenders struggle to reach their "ideal consumers".

What drives us is the impact we can have on the consumer side. We know that behind every personal loan request there is a project on hold, waiting to be realized: from something simple like purchasing a computer or a phone, to larger projects such as buying a new car or renovating a home, up to urgent needs like paying for a medical emergency.

We are convinced that the best way to support users is through a super partes approach, which allows us to track, compare, and recommend—independently and transparently—what is right for the user. This is why we decided to operate as a broker and not as a lender.

We are solving an information asymmetry problem by
combining technology, product design, domain expertise, and AI.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an
ambitious Growth Marketing Intern
who wants hands-on exposure to how growth is built in an early-stage AI Fintech startup.

You'll work
directly with the founder
, contributing to real growth initiatives across acquisition, data analysis, and content. Priorities may evolve based on what the business needs most, so curiosity, adaptability, and a strong learning mindset are key.

What's expected in the first 3 months

40–50% — Acquisition & Growth

Help improve our acquisition strategy across:

  • Paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Organic channels (SEO, ASO, GEO)
  • Run experiments to increase app downloads and successful onboarding

30–40% — Data & Analysis

  • Analyze data using tools like Mixpanel
  • Optimize funnels and conversion points
  • Explore and implement AI tools to automate and improve growth workflows

10–20% — Content & Creative

  • Create static and video content using Canva
  • Collaborate with content creators
  • Leverage GenAI tools to scale content production

Your profile

  • 1–2 previous internship experiences (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and curious
  • Ambitious, resilient, and proactive
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment
