Stiamo cercando il miglior talento nel ruolo di Detailed Scheduler basato a Latina.

Abbiamo un candidato interno pre-identificato. Tuttavia, verranno prese in considerazione tutte le candidature.

Per questa posizione offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi.

La persona ricercata sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

• Assicurare l'approvviggionamento dei materiali diretti nel rispetto delle politiche e procedure aziendali nonchè delle normative fiscali e legali in vigore ottimizzando i fattori prezzo, qualità e servizio.

• Mantenere e monitorare gli adeguati livell inventariali

• Supportare le attività di monitoraggi dei materili obsoleti / slow mover

• Analizzare i requisiti di materiali diretti e gestire il rilascio della richiesta di acquisto, l'emissione degli ordini ed il loro follow up sulle base delle condizioni pattuite nell'ordine stesso

• Informare prontamente l'utente richiedente di eventuali modifiche effettuate dal fornitore in tema di quantità, date di consegna, e/o altri termini logistico/commerciali

• Fornire il supporto necessario alle funzioni aziendali maggiormente impattate dalle proprie attività sviluppate quali: reparto Planning, Finance, Warehouse, QA/QC, Facilities&Utilities, GET, MSAT

• Supportare la stesura del budget annuale degli acquisti diretti

Qualifiche / Requisiti:

• Laurea Magistrale o dipoloma in discipline scientifiche o una equivalente combinazione di educazione ed esperienza in campo farmaceutico
