Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Billing Processing Officer to join our team and play a critical role within the Billing Operations area to meet our CX expectations in terms of billing accuracy and efficiency. In this position, you'll work closely with Finance, the Commercial team, and Legal, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

You are an enthusiastic and skilled Billing Operations Officer (within the Business Operations area) ready to join our team and play a critical role.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A desire to get involved and share innovative ideas
• Experience or interest in working within a multinational and multicultural environment

What You'll Do

Execute and support the billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with contractual documentation. In this position, you will:

• Execute billing analysis and calculations for different scopes for internal stakeholders and external customers
• Contribute to the monitoring and execution of special billing models, data checks, and data collection for UT billing
• Support the updating of processes and procedures
• Provide general data entry support
• Contribute to the generation of manual and automated reports

What You'll Need

• Degree in Economics or a related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Salesforce knowledge (SAP and Tableau are a plus)
• Good organizational skills with a proactive approach to autonomy, problem solving, and high flexibility
• Ability to integrate within a multinational and multicultural workgroup
• Desire to innovate and share new ideas
