Who are we?
Rocco Forte Hotels is a luxury hotel Company, founded by Sir Rocco Forte and his sister Olga Polizzi in 1996, with the aim of offering unique and personalized experiences in iconic European locations such as Rome, Florence, Sicily, Puglia, the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium.

Hotel de Russie is located between the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Everything that's great about Rome is within reach. Opened in May 2019, Masseria Torre Maizza is located in the most glamorous destination on the Italian Adriatic coast. Surrounded by ancient olive groves, the renovated 16th century masseria is filled with thoughtful design accents and details to create a unique sense of place, from the stunning Olga Polizzi-designed rooms and suites to the romantic sunset rooftop bar and elegant restaurant overlooking the swimming pool. The resort also features a 9-hole executive golf course, a private beach club and an indulgent Spa.

What will you do?
As Cluster Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy for the two properties belonging to the Southern Italian Division, balancing revenue growth through account management, account development, strategic partnership management and long-term market positioning. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:? Define and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the assigned hotels through key account management and account development;? Contribute to long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation and definition of annual Sales & Marketing plans for the properties under responsibility;? Build strong partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and achieve commercial objectives;? Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix for sustained growth;? Ensure visibility and awareness across all key markets - align closely with GSO teams to develop strategies and tactics to build relationships and maximize opportunities;? Use data-driven insights in combination with market intelligence to anticipate market shifts, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks, directing sales teams accordingly;? Liaise with Area Director of Sales to ensure sales strategy aligns with overall objectives;? Manage allocated budgets for sales activities and promotions;? Monitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with Revenue Management and the General Managers;? Participate in key sales activities and takes responsibility for certain key markets and segments;? Plan and prepare participation in domestic or international trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, roadshows, and sales blitzes in coordination with Area Director of Sales;? Drive the development of new and prospective markets.

Who we are looking for?
? Professional international experience, in a similar role;? Advanced knowledge of English. A third language is preferred;? Excellent verbal and written communication;? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);? Strong leadership and negotiation skills;? Experience managing budgets and strategic financial planning.
