Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients to translate customer needs effectively.
Contributing to delivery activities during the design, development, and maintenance of the platform.
Prioritizing workload to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables.
Education and Skills:
Technical Degree (may include highly experienced candidates non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field)
Professional experiences on Service Now Platform
Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM or ServiceNow HR
Location: Milan (MI) with smart working possibility
