Responsable Industrial Controlling & Business Partner H/F

Lead the Industrial Controlling team for ECS & Food Home & Personal Care. Act as a strategic business partner to Supply Chain and Manufacturing, driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of industrial controllers.
  • Ensure P&L accountability, support decision-making, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance, internal controls, and champion digital finance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years in industrial controlling (international experience a plus) with proven team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, SAP FI/CO; PowerBI a plus.
  • Leadership, analytical skills, and digital finance mindset.
  • Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Shape strategy, optimize costs, and foster a culture of performance and innovation.
