If you want to grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream, this is the place for you JOB PURPOSE: The role of Ice Cream Junior Legal Specialist provides assistance to the General Counsel IC Italy and OOH Europe KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The support is required in the following activities:

• Drafting of different kind of contracts ( CD, Marketing , Supply Chain).
• Compliance activities (Privacy, 231/01, Safety, Competition Law).
• Draft of periodic reports for Central teams and internal stakeholders.
• Handling external law firms invoices.
• Business Partnering of IC.
• Provide counselling as first point of contact on business issues and projects of the Italian IC Business in accordance with the Business Unit strategy.
• Provide legal advice and commercial risk analysis to the Italian marketing/LD and R&D teams on legality and support for product claims and marketing materials in line with all relevant local laws and guidelines governing the IC products (including food supplement regulation).
• Provide legal advice and trainings in alignment with Privacy and Competition law Leads.
• Coordinate and defend, in accordance with the business strategy, out-going and in-coming challenges in respect of product claims, marketing campaigns.
• Liaising with external law firms for Corporate Secretary activities. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Flexibility and ability to work in a complex and multitasking environment.
• Master Degreed in Law with previous experience in contracts and compliance.
• Minimum experience in contracts (1-2 years).
• Ability to use office tools for reporting and invoices management.
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
