We are looking for a Social Media Manager who not only has a strong background in social media management but is also open, eager, and receptive to absorbing and amplifying the ethos, aesthetics, and storytelling vision established by the Bolza family. As part of the team, you will be expected to embody the spirit of Reschio and communicate it effectively to a global audience. The ideal candidate will be able to align their social media expertise with the distinctive vision of the Bolza family, creating content that reflects the essence of the Reschio brand. You will be a key player in the team, contributing to the development of digital strategies that elevate our narrative, build engagement, and shape our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that not only align with business goals but also reflect the unique brand identity of Reschio, as shaped by the Bolza family's vision.
• Manage and curate content across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each post speaks to the refined elegance and creativity of the brand.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and maintain the brand's high standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to craft visually compelling and strategically driven content that mirrors the Reschio aesthetic.
• Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with followers in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Create detailed weekly and monthly reports on social media performance, ensuring KPIs are met and consistently striving for better results.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table that continue to position Reschio as a leader in its field.

Skills and competencies required:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and high-end context where brand identity is paramount.
• Fluent in both English and Italian (C1 level) – the ability to communicate seamlessly in both languages is essential.
• Exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of how to communicate the nuances of luxury, heritage, and contemporary innovation.
• Strong creative skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas while staying aligned with the overarching vision of the Bolza family and the Reschio brand.
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of taking ownership of projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Expertise in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and a solid understanding of SEO/SEM techniques to drive engagement and results.
• A thorough understanding of brand engagement dynamics, audience segmentation, and content strategies.
