We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer for safety-critical projects: real-time embedded software development while ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

About this vacancy

The resource will be involved in the development of embedded software for real-time systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards required by the sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of embedded software in C language.
  • Implementation of applications in real-time systems.
  • Requirements analysis and definition of technical specifications.
  • Collaboration with hardware and software teams for system integration.
  • Drafting technical documentation in compliance with safety standards.
  • Participation in testing and validation activities.
What we expect from you
  • Degree in Computer, Electronic, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of the C programming language.
  • Experience in real-time systems development.
  • Familiarity with safety-critical environments (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262, DO-178C).
  • Plus: knowledge of embedded architectures and communication protocols.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and quality orientation.

Languages:

  • Fluent Italian.
  • Technical English.
