Contesto del Ruolo

Supporto a un fornitore di componenti di interni (Cabina e Front End) per garantire qualità, readiness produttiva e performance in linea con gli standard Alstom.

Responsabilità Principali:


• Miglioramento dei controlli qualità finali e riduzione delle non conformità (priorità: GPE18).


• Supporto al Production Group per Go Production e FAI sul Front End TGV.


• Implementazione di REX, piani di controllo e monitoraggio giornaliero della produzione.


• Presenza costante in produzione per controlli e misurazioni in tempo reale.


• Gestione NCR, warranty, azioni di contenimento (Quality Wall) e azioni correttive.


• Facilitazione di SPQD, piani qualità Prodotto/Processo e Gate Review.


• Preparazione e validazione GO / NO GO FAI secondo standard Alstom.


• Monitoraggio KPI fornitore (FAI, 8D, NC, OTIF) e supporto al miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti Mandatori per la candidatura:


• Inglese fluente o livello professionale (scritto e parlato).


• Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali / ERP.


• Ottima capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
