The Risk Consulting area is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Milan office

What can you expect?

You will be offered an opportunity to join our Team following Sustainability engagements. You will be responsible for the entire Climate and Sustainability team, the candidate will provide expert advice to clients in understanding the impact of sustainability on their business model, identify innovative approaches to develop their sustainability strategy and report sustainability performance and targets to stakeholders, embedding sustainability into their internal processes.

We will count on you to:

  • Support organizations in the development of their ESG strategy, aligned with the global sustainability agenda

  • Work with clients to identify and quantify sustainability risks and opportunities (with a particular focus on climate-related risks)

  • Define engagement methods with clients' stakeholders to understand their view on organizations sustainability priorities

  • Support organizations in reporting their sustainability performances and targets

What you need to have: 

  • At least 10 years of experience in the sustainability area

  • Excellent understanding of sustainability global trends (with a particular focus on climate change & decarbonization, supply chains, circular economy)

  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting guidelines (e.g. GRI Standards, SASB – Value Reporting, TCFD), sustainability frameworks, ESG ratings (CDP, S&P), impact measurement methodologies, GHG accounting (e.g. GHG Protocol)

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English

  • Commercial and Business Development skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving attitude, ability to develop frameworks for analysis and business models

  • Experience in climate-related projects (climate risk & decarbonization)

  • Experience in impact measurement projects (SROI, input-output, externalities quantification)

  • Interest in understanding Enterprise Risk Management processes and the importance of considering sustainability risks and opportunities in value creation and preservation strategies
