Job Description
As the
Visual Merchandiser Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering customers an excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store Team
- Secure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey
- Analysing selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performance
- Leading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible stores
- Conduct visual changes collaborating with store management team and define the customer journey when needed
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Setting the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and training the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration background
- Communicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularly

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
- Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
- Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
- Knowledge of operational routines in-store
- Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
- Able to communicate in both Italian and English
- Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage

Past achievements
- Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational
- Experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layouts
- Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals

Additional Information
This is a
full-time position based in store, with a contract of 40
hours a week
.
