Outlet Liujo di Serravalle (AL).
Responsabilità principali:

  • Allestimento e aggiornamento delle vetrine nel rispetto delle linee guida aziendali.
  • Organizzazione e manutenzione delle aree espositive interne per valorizzare i prodotti.
  • Analizzare i risultati di vendita per verificare l'efficacia degli spazi allestiti;
  • Capacità analitiche e decisionali sulla base dei dati di vendita e dei KPIs.
  • Contribuire al mantenimento dell'immagine secondo le linee guida dettate dal Visual di Sede, per garantire l'attrattività dello Store;
  • Saper identificare le tendenze del momento, riportare i risultati, trarre conclusioni pertinenti e raccomandare le azioni rilevanti allo Store Manager.

Requisiti:

Le skills ricercate per questo profilo, sono le seguenti:

  • esperienza significativa in ruolo analogo, maturata per brand di abbigliamento retail di fascia medio - alta;
  • Persona dinamica e proattiva, altamente organizzata, con un'ottima propensione al multi-tasking
  • Forte passione per il visual.
  • interesse e sensibilità per la moda e i suoi trend;
  • attitudine al team working;
  • Problem Solving, etica professionale;
  • eccellenti capacità comunicative;
  • residenza/domicilio in prossimità del luogo di lavoro.
